Terms and Conditions for Personal Data Submission and Document Upload

By submitting your personal data and uploading the required documents (Passport/ID, high school or higher certificate, proof of English proficiency), and the photo of yourself, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Accuracy and Authenticity
    You confirm that all personal information provided during the application process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You also affirm that the uploaded documents are genuine, unaltered, and belong to you. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents may result in the rejection of your application, revocation of admission, or termination of your enrollment.

  2. Purpose of Data Collection
    The personal data and documents collected during the application process will be used for the following purposes:

    • To assess your eligibility and suitability for the program

    • To verify your identity and educational background

    • To process your application and communicate with you regarding your admission status

    • To provide you with relevant information about the program, institution, and related services

    • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to higher education admissions

  3. Data Protection and Confidentiality
    We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data. We will store your data and documents in secure systems and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your personal data will only be accessible to authorized personnel involved in the admissions process and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  4. Data Retention
    We will retain your personal data and uploaded documents for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. If your application is unsuccessful or if you choose not to enroll in the program, we will securely dispose of your data and documents after a reasonable period, in accordance with our data retention policy.

  5. Applicant Rights
    As an applicant, you have the right to:

    • Access and request a copy of your personal data held by us

    • Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

    • Withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions

    • Object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes

    • File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

  6. Document Requirements
    The uploaded documents must meet the following requirements:

    • Passport/ID: A clear, legible copy of your valid passport or national identification card

    • High school (or higher) certificate: A clear, legible copy of your high school graduation certificate or higher education diploma, with official translations if the original document is not in English

    • Proof of English proficiency: A clear, legible copy of your English proficiency test results (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent) or other evidence of English language ability, as specified in the admissions requirements

    Uploaded documents must be in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format and should not exceed 2MB each.

  7. Consent and Agreement
    By submitting your application and uploading the required documents, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You also consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data and documents in accordance with these terms and our privacy policy.
